The Samsung X830 is a really good specimen of music evolution. It features a portable MP3 player that is compatible with the AAC (iTunes & iPod) and WMA (Windows Media player)music files, which is a fantastic feature as most dedicated music devices will only operate one type or the other.
The sound quality is top rate with the only disadvantage of this phone being that it’s missing that loud-speaker for playing songs out loud.
The main reason most PC music players, and subsequently the personal Music Players that use the files, make everything so difficult is all to with business. For example, my whole music collection was in MP3 format (the most universally accepted format by the way), I installed iTunes and without paying attention it converted my whole music archive into AAC format.
This mobile phone was designed by Samsung with music in mind. This mobile phone will play and work with you music collection no matter what format it is now, it will play the universal MP3 format and all the monopolized file formats such as AAC (iTunes/Apple) and WMA (media-player/windows).
